Crease lines from being folded and minimal damage to the poster or edges considering its age colours remain bright and vibrant. Your chance to get this rare original poster, for the film’s US cinema release in 1960. Please take note of the size of this item before buying.

Francie Landereaux is one of 29 women on a voyage to California on a barter-bride deal in which any qualified man can buy a wife. Unknown to the sponsors, she is already married to a man who has deserted her and she is on the voyage to find him. The husband is a wanted man and Shard Benton captures him in Panama for the reward. When the ship reaches California, Francine takes a job with Monty Breed, an old enemy of Benton. The husband returns and is killed by Breed. Benton and Breed gamble with Francine at stake.

GRADE: POOR:

Poster folded in poor condition. There may be small scuffs to edges and fold, small holes at the corner of the folds, chipping to edges of the poster not affecting the image of the poster, scuffing more damage than would be expected in specific areas, some tearing to the poster mainly at the corners or folds, pinholes at the corner of the poster mark, please inspect photos before buying. But overall the poster is in poor condition for age. Please carefully inspect images before purchasing whilst remembering all posters are original and therefore used.  

ORIGINALITY: This is an original genuine US cinema release one sheet (27" x 41" (or 27" x 40" if printed after 1980's)) poster from 1953 53/273
